1.  I bought my laptop used in the presentation from Affordable Laptops
2. The application I used to demonstrate android is called Droid at screen. It requires the android SDK to be installed on your computer.
3. You can run android apps in your web-browser using Appsurfer. An example of running my physiotherapy android app can be found here
